Sarah said she wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because they missed some major damage and she has to take her vehicle back to have them finish it. They didn't replace her driver side view mirror, which was shattered during the accident. They also didn't fix her alignment, and there is a rattle in the driver side rear window. She has already made arrangements to have them fix the things that were missed and she plans to take her vehicle back on Thursday, 8/11/2011. There was no set promised time of when her vehicle would be ready. She wouldn't recommend this business to others, for the same reasons mentioned. She added that it is a big issue to her, for the business to accidentally miss a shattered side view mirror and the alignment.

Far from perfect!
Rear panel repair work on my Honda Pilot was astonishingly imperfect. The repaired panel was out of alignment. When I compared the alignment of the repaired panel with the un-repaired panel, it was ridiculous!

Elsie said if the business could have got the parts from the dealer quicker and been a little quicker it would have been better because it took almost a month to get the parts and it was just a discharge line for her air conditioner. The business has pretty good people and she likes their work.

Sharon said she had such a great experience with this business, it made her giddy. She stated she was so happy with her experience with this business because it was wonderful. Sharon pointed out the person who helped her with everything was so wonderful and so nice. She was so pleased with him. She added even the receptionist was so nice. Sharon commented she liked this business. It was so clean, and everyone was nice and professional. She also liked them having a refrigerator filled with fruit juices and water for their customers. Sharon concluded every part of her experience flowed, and she told all of her girl friends about the wonderful experience she had with this business.

Peter said he was satisfied with the quality of the body work except the vehicle was not finished twice when he was told it was done. He mentioned he could not give them a rating of a five on his overall experience because no one called him to tell him his vehicle would not be ready on time. He added his vehicle was not ready twice when promised because they found additional damage but he would not further elaborate. He said he was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because no one called him.
