Thomas said this business had to send his vehicle to another business to have clear plastic vinyl put on his vehicle to prevent damage. After he picked up his vehicle he called Mike, the person who helped him with everything, to tell him that a couple of pieces of the vinyl weren't adhering to his vehicle. Mike told Thomas to let the vehicle sit in the sun, and the sun would make the vinyl adhere to his vehicle. Thomas pointed out he put his vehicle in the sun, but the vinyl still hasn't adhered. He added it hasn't been in the sun that long, so he's going to let in sit in the sun for a longer period of time before he calls Mike again.

Spoke with Janet. She said the people at the business are awesome. She was completely satisfied with the paint work performed, but the stripe wasn't perfect. Her vehicle was ready 2 days past the time it was promised and she didn't know why, however, it was ok with her and she knows things like that happen. She wanted to say thanks for the great service.

Anthony said he would rate his overall experience with the business a 1 because when he picked up his vehicle, the door open light stayed on. After he returned home and ruled out any possibilities, he called the business and brought his vehicle back in to find out why the light was on. He was told it should not take longer than 2 hours to figure out the problem when he dropped his vehicle off at 10am. He did not receive a call, so he called the business at 5:15 pm to check the status of his vehicle and he was informed that it had been sent to the affiliated dealership. He said he was very upset about the fact that no one had called him to inform him that they would be sending his personal property to another location, and also by the fact that they did not call him to let him know he would be without a vehicle over night. He mentioned he feels someone should have called him early afternoon like they had told him they would so he could have prepared to be without a vehicle. The affiliated dealership still has his vehicle. Anthony spoke with Michael at the business and he said he has been calling on his behalf to the affiliated dealership but he has not received any information from them regarding his vehicle. He will not have his vehicle for a second night. He stated his vehicle was about a week later than promised but no reason was given as to why. At this point he would not recommend this business for service, but depending on the outcome of this situation that could change.

Summer said her vehicle was 2 days late because they found a piece of metal underneath it. Holly was great. On their website it mentioned that her vehicle would be cleaned and detailed. Her vehicle could have been a lot more cleaner.

Lauren said they were extremely helpful with her work schedule. Michael told her she could drop off her vehicle at 7 30 am so she wouldn't be late for work. That was greatly appreciated.
