Rodney really listened to my concerns about the steering fluid loss and need to drive out of town in two days. With a mechanic eyes on my engine, he confirmed my previous assessment of replacement parts needed, but he beat the price. I asked about an older problem causing shaking when idling. He also confirmed that I needed the engine mounts replaced and beat that other quote price as well. He ordered parts in hopes of fixing it the same day, but received some wrong items and had to wait for the right ones. Although the correct parts did not arrive in time, he arranged the same mechanic to return on his day off to finish it before my trip. While waiting on the parts he addressed a sound in the brakes that I was ignoring and adjusted that too. He went out of the way to drive me back home and return the next day so that I could be assured to have my car back in time. The drive is wonderful, smooth without shaking on the long road trip.
