First service oil/tire rotation
My experience was with the Service Rep Shana Reeves. I realized I was just in the area and drove over to see of I could get someone to look at my passenger window that will not roll down from the passenger side. She was very blunt and rude as to why they couldn't get me in that day. Understandable I get it but just don't act all cocky and disinterested right in my face. Her display of kindliness is not what I'm use to at Toyota of Paris which is where I purchased every vehicle I've ever driven for decades. Against my better judgement I stepped outside my box because of the love for the PALASIDE and I get the brush off treatment when I come in for service. I don't think so? Totally disappointed with Ms Shana Reeves. You know better so you should "DO BETTER" if not find another field to work in that will accept your behavior!!!!!!!
