I went to a dealership thinking the vehicles would be given more safety checks and of higher quality than those on a used car lot but was I ever wrong about getting one here. I bought a 2016 Ford Edge and had not had it one week when I started hearing a noise from the wheels and took it to an alignment shop to be told it had loose suspension. I went back to Greenway since this is a safety hazard and was told that it was not loose suspension but a bad strut and had it rechecked by another repairer only to confirm. Greenway REFUSED to correct the problem. This will cost mu 800.00 to correct and I have not even made the first payment yet. These people sell unsafe vehicles and do not stand behind what they sell. Told was on my own and they didn't even follow up to try to fix the problem although I left messages with everyone.
