Once the vehicle arrived, he texted me and once we arrived at the dealership the documents were all prepared and all that is needed were my signatures. Jon went over the features of the vehicle and took the initiative to set up the settings and showed us how to change the settings if we want to set it differently. He even took a few minutes to show and inform us that the book covers all the questions that we may have about the vehicle and it's features (I know this is minor but it shows you how thorough Jon is).
