The staff is friendly but I was disappointing to hear salesman use profanity.

We apologize for any profanity used. That is not acceptable. We were not informed of the car wash closing for upgrades until a few days ago. We were also very surprised. They are doing some major upgrades to the facility and should be open this week from what we were told.

It was initially difficult to get an appointment, I had to call in 4 times to finally reach someone . Once my appointment was set everything went smoothly.

Great professional SERVICE
At our previous dealer (not named) I felt the service dept was more interested in SALES than customer service. I feel at Haselwood Hyundai that my satisfaction is very important to ALL . Start with friendly greeting and listening to my every question/concern and complete explanation of the service to be done or alternatives and costs gives me confidence and trust. I like a SERVICE dept to be a SERVICE focused dept. Jesse was 5* Yes people is what makes a place great. Thank you for your service

Friendly staff but sometimes too busy
The staff is friendly and they do a nice job, but I found sometimes I have to wait a long time to check my car in. They give attention to customer service but sometimes have to backtrack to make up for miscommunications or delays.
