Mildred said this business caused unnecessary damage to her vehicle. They put scratches on it. They broke a cover to her light. She has to take her vehicle back to them to get this fixed. She was not satisfied with the repairs because the molding they fixed was not attached properly and she has to take it back to have it done right. She got her vehicle when they promised but it had the unnecessary damage done to it so it was not actually ready. She was not kept informed at all. They did not contact her at any time. She would not recommend them to others due to this experience.

Elizabeth said she was not very impressed with the customer service. She said the customer service was bad. She chose not to elaborate. They did a good job on the repair. Her vehicle was ready a week and a half late and they were not very clear about why. She said there was a parts delay. She was not kept informed during the repair process. She had to call for updates, they did not call her. The personnel were not very friendly and amiable. She will not recommend this business based on this experience.

Spoke with Mark's wife. She said they did not order the parts after a car wash ripped the antennae off. She took time off work to drop off the vehicle, but the work did not get done because they had the wrong parts. They did not even tell her. They did not check to make sure they had the right parts. It should be their responsibility to make sure they have the right parts. It was inconvenient. Eventually they got it repaired. This was not her business of choice. The car wash company sends people here after car wash problems. Due to a part delay, her vehicle was finished late, but she does not know how late. She would not recommend them for these reasons, which caused a bad experience. They do not seem quite as professional as the type of people she would prefer to deal with.

Vernon said he had to return to this business because there were bubbles in the paint work and a nick in the rear bumper that was not there before. Also, there was a gap between the wheel well and the splash guard. They did not fix the gap but gave him a discount for the issue. They left a screw out on the wheel well which is something so simple but very important. His vehicle was not ready when promised because it was inconvenient for him to have to return due to sloppy workmanship. Although he had an excellent experience the last time he used this business, he would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.

Thomas said it took 5 weeks and 3 trips to get his vehicle repaired. He believes it had a lot to do with the insurance company and he chose not to go into details.

Shane rated his overall satisfaction with this business a 2 because work was done on the vehicle that had not been authorized. The work done on the interior of the vehicle on the steering column was of poor quality, and the steering column is wobbly and will have to be repaired again. The lock on the driver?s door does not always work with the remote. He was not promised a time for his vehicle to be ready, and his vehicle was moved to a different location after it had been dropped off. He was not happy with the communication because they did work without informing him and they did not make it clear that they would be moving his vehicle. When he was called at 3 in the afternoon he was told that his vehicle had to be picked up by 5 or else it would have to remain at the business over the weekend. He would not recommend this facility for the above reasons.

All work on a Insurance claim is understood to be authorized when the customer signs the work authorization form and in this case the separate repair authorization form for the insurance company. The repair authorization does state that a vehicle may be transfered to a satilite location. We are open Monday - Friday and appoligieze if this means vehciles not picked up Friday have to wait until Monday to be picked up. The customer is free to bring back their vehicle for re inspection on any repairs they feel is not up to standard. This is the first time we have heard of any problem with this vehicle, but will be glad recheck it. We apologize if there was a communication lapse it will be addressed with all employees.
