Spoke with Jerry. He said the business always treats him right and they are always good to him . They are straightforward and explain things completely. They always provide good results.

Marlene said the service is always good, but it always takes longer than she would like.

Mike said the staff lied to him, and he does not appreciate it. He was satisfied with this business until he realized that they lied to him. They told him they were going to service the battery terminals and it cost him $60. They did not do a thing. There was some gel involved and an after market bolt that was used. He returned to the facility for service. His vehicle sat there for two days. He drove to the lot across the street on the second day. Sat there and called the business. He saw his truck sitting there. He called the business and the technician told him that his vehicle was on a test run and should be back within 20 minutes. He waited 10 minutes and then went to the business to retrieve his vehicle. It was cold and clearly had not gone any where. The technicians at this business should be honest with their customers. Everything was okay until they lied to him.

Jack said the business could better serve him by repairing the small hose leak before he picked up the vehicle.

Marcia said the business told her that her vehicle needed a brake inspection even though her brakes are fine. She thought that was odd, but other than that everything else was fine.

Tim said the business could have served him better with a prompt estimate concerning additional body work. The employees lost a knob for his headlights. He had to reorder the part himself.
