RUDE EMPLOYEE
I decided to write this review since I called several times to speak to ghe General Manager and he never returned my calls. We bought a TUCSON on June, Lazaro was the sales person and he was very respectful and proffessional . We don't have any complaints about him/We took the Sonata to service because of a noise and they couldn't find anything and we even bought the 4 tires. At that time, Miguel, who was also a very nice and cooperative, told us that we only had 12 days of the warranty, so, we decided to get a new car.

3 months went by and we find out we forgot to remove the SunPass, they told us it was our responsability, they weren't going to pay for anything. But , that's the least of our worries. We found out that the person who bought the car was a sales person that works there. A person by the name of HAROLD, called us and told us that he was the person who bought the car. (at that time I didn't know, he didn't say he worked there) and he told me to let him know what the SunPass will tell us and call him back. I tried to called him and I found that at that time he was an employee for Hyundai in Homestead, Florida. He didn't answered my calls, so I went to the dealer and talked to him and asked him if he can collaborated with the bill and he told me: I don't have to pay nothing because that bill came on your name not on mine. Following that I told him that we had paid for his trips from Hialeah to Homestead and he responded: ......... and to Orlando| after this disrespectful comment I had no choice but to tell him what I though of him he was a shameless guy and he left the office. I just want people to know that he can't mistreat a customer and I suggest for the Hyundai to properly train their employees . HAROLD Merry Christmas to you and your family!

SPANISH: Decidi escribir este review porque llamé varias veces al Gerente General y nunca me contestaron las llamadas. Compramos un TUCSON en junio, Lázaro era el vendedor y fue muy respetuoso y profesional. No tenemos ninguna queja sobre él/Llevamos el Sonata a servicio por un ruido y no encontraron nada e incluso compramos las 4 llantas. En ese momento Miguel, que también fué muy amable y cooperativo, nos dijo que solo teníamos 12 días de garantía, así que decidimos comprarnos un auto nuevo.

Pasaron 3 meses y nos enteramos que se nos olvidó sacar el SunPass, nos dijeron que era nuestra responsabilidad, que no iban a pagar nada. Pero esa es la menor de nuestras preocupaciones. Descubrimos que la persona que compró el auto era un vendedor que trabaja allí. Una persona de nombre HAROLD, nos llamó y nos dijo que él era la persona que compró el auto. (en ese momento no lo sabía, no dijo que trabajaba allí) y me dijo que le avisara lo que nos dijera el SunPass y le volviera a llamar. Intenté llamarlo y descubrí que en ese momento era empleado de Hyundai en Homestead, Florida. No contestó mis llamadas, así que fui al dealer y hablé con él y le pregunté si podía colaborar con la factura y me dijo: no tengo que pagar nada porque esa factura vino a tu nombre, no a mío. Seguidamente le dije que le habíamos pagado los viajes desde Hialeah a Homestead y me respondió: .........y a Orlando también | Después de este comentario irrespetuoso no me quedó más remedio que decirle lo que pensaba de él, era un tipo descarado y se fue de la oficina. Solo quiero que la gente sepa que no se puede maltratar a un cliente y sugiero que Hyundai entrene adecuadamente a sus empleados., especialmente a HAROLD. !
