Work was excellent, communication and staff out front, not so much.
The guys that did the work on my car were awesome, friendly, professional, and even allowed me to come back to the lift with my car so I could see the work myself before losing it down. Great!

Not so great, I was asked to reschedule due to a family emergency with the staff, no problem. However, I was asked to dropped off my car before closing time on Friday so they could bring it inside out of the incoming weekend snow. I showed up 3 hours before they closed and no one was there. No one answered the phones, nor called me to tell me that they'd be closed early. My car sat outside in the snow the entire weekend, oh well. I was told the work would take an hour- hour and a half tops. Got called 45 minutes prior to them closing for the day and got charged for two hours. The rude older lady out front said they offered military discount, I showed ID, but nothing showed the discount on my bill, and I'm pretty sure the price was exactly the same.

All in all, if the lady out front wasn't rude and miserable, they actually communicated with their customers to help them out, not just when they need to reschedule, and have me the discount she said I would get, I probably would give 5 stars and a 10 out of 10. The guys in the back were awesome. She ruined my experience a bit.
