"I like the fact that I receive a dianostic analysis report that indicates whether the car needs any repairs or replacements. "
I like the appearance of the waiting room and the tv shows while I wait are very informative and entertaining. Representatives and consultants are very knowledgeable and professional.

"Service department did a great job"
My 2011 Sonata's engine blew up. There was a recall for the engine for metal shavings. I had it checked last year and it checked out so I was worried about them covering it. Michael did a great job and I had a rental car while the car was being worked on. They covered everything and it cost me nothing to get my car repaired with a new (not rebuilt) engine. What makes a difference to me when buying a new car is how you're treated after the sale. If I'm treated badly I will never buy from that dealer again. This dealer has been great and that will weigh in heavily when I buy another new car.

"Quick service"
Drove in no appointment, wanted an oil change. We went next door to subway and were back in 25 minutes. I think in all we were there under an hour. Love that.

"I went to get an oil change and to have my air conditioner serviced."
Everyone is friendly the service is quick. I have enjoyed both of my vehicles I bought from Hyundai because when I needed my oil changed it was quick plus they wash my car without me asking. Excellent service

"While I was waiting I was able to enjoy the television to pass the time. Then they washed my car and I didnt even have to ask"
The service was good, even though there were so many vehicles when I arrived at 7:00am. The best part was they had a screen that would show the status of my name and vehicle. It helped me to know at least when they were working on my car and that is was pending. I didn't have to wonder what was going on with my vehicle.
