Servicing my Trunk
They fixed my trunk latch and the light in my trunk. The only thing I could say is that they didn't fill my tires. The paper just said what needed to be done as far as filling some fluids in the car. I would have liked them to fill the fluids then just charged me. Or called to see if they wanted me to top off the fluids.

Almost everything is great except for the complimentary car wash
The complimentary car wash needs improvement. My vehicle was washed, but was not dried. So unfortunately there were water spots everywhere. Since my vehicle is black, the water spots are difficult to remove if left for a long period of time. I will now need to take my vehicle elsewhere to get washed. Even though, I can appreciate Hyundai’s attempt to provide a full service type of experience. I would recommend for them to pay attention to the little details. This would surely change the reviews from a three star to a five star rating.

Maintenance services don't function
Appointment at 7am? They started at 1pm. Then didn't listen to me, or the employee who checked me in about my issue. Didn't get the job done, told me they don't have loaners or rentals, but they'd call me when they did. Six days later, not even a follow up call.
