"It was great, new owners???"
The service was great. the people are friendly and timely and explain things. But things have changed with the new ownership. Service hours end at 5:30. Makes it hard for a 9-5 person to get their car worked on. If you bring it in and have to work late then what? Plus the driver who would take me to work, a great service, gets off at 5pm. So I would have to be picked up at 4:30 which means leaving work early. Not everyone has an agreeable boss. Service used to be open until at least 6 if not 6:30. On saturday there is no driver service to take me home. The next service I have is due for a 30,000 mile service. 4 hours. So I'll have to bring it in during the week and leave early so I can be picked up at 4:30. Not very customer service oriented anymore. Also when I call now to make an appointment I get a non-service person who is the scheduler. I used to talk directly to a service person who I feel has more knowledge to answer my questions instead of someone sitting at a computer screen. Overall the service is great. Things around it have become not very customer service oriented.

I stopped in for quote on tires & realized I needed an oil change. 20 minutes later I’m leaving with a quote, my oil changed & a clean vehicle! Perfect customer service!
