When you initially join and doubt sets in and believe me it does, there is always someone there motivating and encouraging you not to give up. There are days when you’re tired and regret walking through those doors and the ILKB family finds a way that you leave happier then you came and yearning for more. My ILKB (BRstrong) family produces an atmosphere where I can relax, have fun, be myself and burn a ton of calories. I couldn’t ask for a better workout environment.
