Worst Customer Service
Literally the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I filled out an application for a used car, sent pictures of my trade in vehicle, on the phone back and forth for hourssssss. They kept me going just to tell me the car I was about to buy was sold. I'm, LITERALLY IN THE PROCESS, of buying the vehicle and they sold it to someone else. They do not care about YOU! They will con you and lie to you just to get your hard earned money. That's all that matters, is money. Disgusting people at this place. Thanks Edmundo for wasting my time and then not having the courage to call me yourself to tell me it sold, instead had some disrespectful punk tell me. Don't call customers "Boss", you unprofession idiots.
