Sam and his team are well trained to listen. Sam's son, Joe, pays attention to detail.
I have been taking my car to Sam and his team for over 30 years. Michael is very creative in exploring unique solutions for issues that present themselves involving an older foreign vehicle. Sam has mentored his son, Joe, who is totally involved in the day-to-day business. They listen to the client/customer in describing the detailed issues relating to my vehicle, which is important.
