on October 5th I took my car into integrity for a radiator replacement because my car was running hot since my car was going to be there I had him to look at things that I knew was wrong with my car so I could have them fixed all this stuff done in one so I wouldn't have to be coming back because the winner was coming previously they had worked on my heating system and the problem had come back within the warranty time so that was one of the things that they were going to fix well when I pick up my car they fixed one side of the heating system instead of the whole system which I understood that the one side was under warranty but why fix one side and not the complete side when I already expressed that I didn't want to be coming here in the winter when I knew I was going to be needing my heat second the things that I had them to look at I was charged $100 to $115 to have these things looked at diagnose the proper word to use but none of these things were fixed so I just donated $400 for things that I knew we're wrong with the car but they were never fixed third the radiator that was installed as of this week which it is now October 31st on my way coming back from Atlanta Georgia my car begins to run hot again so I pull over a few people pulled over and looked at the car all of them said it's probably the water pump since I just had a radiator put in so my question is if the radiator and water heater the radiator and water pump all these things are connected when installing the radiator why wouldn't you have replaced the water pump I spend a great deal of money to have these things fixed now my car is needing to be fixed again again let me not also leave out that I had taken my own fog lights to be installed and I was charged $119 for the removal and the replacement of the fog lights now to put the radiator in the front part of the car already had to be taken off so I brought that to his tension why was I charge that when the front part of the car was going to be off all you had to do is pop those take those out and pop them in there was no it's not like it was just me having that done so he did work with me and gave me some of that money back so anyone that goes there please play close attention to your invoice before accepting the agreements I would also make sure that before you take the car there you get your car looked at somewhere first because my experience as I explained to him I think they overbooked and things aren't being done properly and not to take away from Glenn's character of being a great person I do think he has great intentions and he does work with you but however I think the people that are doing the work from my particular experience took some shortcuts because they couldn't figure out things with my heating so my heats that doing what it was doing I'm now having to spend out probably another $500 ,or more this week to have a water pump put in that could have already been installed when the radiator was put in I'm frustrated for the simple fact I'll let him know that I'm on the road frequently and I need my car to be in top notch shape.
