Jeremy was told the rear differential had come apart and was given the quote over the phone and was going to call us back, but because he left your business for whatever reason he did not. So your saying that in 6 months you never said I wonder where or what is going on with my truck even though YOU dropped it off but stated when you came to get it you were not sure where to pick the vehicle up? It's also funny how when we called and talked to your secretary and told her the truck had been abandoned on Friday the 12th we were then put on hold for ten minutes for no one to take the call. So after we started the abandoned vehicle process you think oh maybe I should go pick up my vehicle and leave us a bad review?
