We had a tremendous experience buying our car here. All the vehicles were immaculate and well presented. Our car was fairly priced, and Jesse and Joe made the buying experience truly enjoyable. I had been to at least 12 other car sellers, both dealers and independent shops, and IMG was the best experience by far.
I will start here next time we are looking for a vehicle, and I hope it will be my only stop.
Small quibble for the owners : “extra” charge on the Bill of Sale make me nuts. All sellers do this, but it is not okay. There was a $299 window etching fee. Just include this in the price or make it optional! You are better than that.
I have also heard that their service department has a similar reputation, but I have no firsthand experience.
