Bob said the facility provided outstanding service. He really liked their pick up and drop off service. The mechanic drove him and it gave him a chance to discuss the vehicle repairs, which is really rare. The business should keep up the good work. He hopes they can expand their business.

"Very Knowledgeable & Helpful"
The dreaded "Service Engine Soon" light came on my BMW on New Year's Eve and I instinctively brought my car to J Gramley's because of a positive experience during my prior visit. They were closed early for the holiday, but there was still a gentleman there that I was able to talk to and he diagnosed the issue.

I am very appreciative of their great customer service and passion for cars. I will definitely come back for any future maintenance/service needs.

Abe said he had a list of repairs he asked this business to do and they did two of the items and charged him $1,200. He asked why the other repairs were not done and he was told that the machine needed to do those repairs was broken and it needed to be sent to Europe. He took the vehicle home and did some research on the other things he wanted done and he was able to do one of the repairs without the machine he was told was necessary. The day after the repairs his brakes went out and he called the business. Brent sent someone to pick up the vehicle and give him a loaner vehicle while the brakes were being worked on. He was not charged for the labor on this second visit, but he was charged for the parts. He said they should have known about the issue the day before because he was told they had done a complete inspection and the vehicle was good to go. He said he had none of these issues before this business worked on his vehicle. He will not recommend them to others because he has lost faith and trust in this business.
