Oops. I didn't read through this before starting; the above is a really long title! Anyhow, after working my car in the same day I called, Jacob was able to get my car back to me the next day. I opted to leave it with him for another day, as he found that certain maintenance was past due. I intend to use his services from now on, both because I was very happy with our interactions, and because it seems smart to stay with one mechanic who will keep up with necessary maintenance to avoid bigger issues.
