"Never Not Good"
I've taken my Kia here several times before and Kraig and his crew are always a pleasure to speak and work with. This time I had an issue come up that wasn't a routine service or planned installation/modification. However, in spite of their already heavily-booked day they were not only able to get my vehicle in for diagnosis but they completed the needed repairs well before closing time. I just can't see taking my vehicle to anyone else.

"Friendly and Reliable Service always!"
Called and talked with Chris. Explained car wouldnt start without a jump. Brought car in and had new battery in record time! I was back on the road !

"Best shop in the springs"
Always easy , always professional , and always great work. I have taken all my vehicles here for years. I have never had an issue with any of the work that has been done on all my personal and work vehicles. They keep everything running smooth and make everything very easy when it comes to getting the work done.

"Japanese Connection Inc. Completes Their Work With Perfection"
Japanese connection knew that my auto would take 5.4 quarts of oil. Good Year on Austin Bluffs Parkway would not put anymore than 3 quarts of oil in my car even though I begged them for 5 quarts of oil, Good Year would always refuse me and told me that their computer only recommended 3 quarts. Please, always bring your car into Japanese Connection where they always do the job right the first time and they completely understand the nuances of Japanese auto's as well as American Made. I will always bring my 2003 Mitsubishi to Japanese Connection Inc. and my husband who owns a 2004 Eclipse Spyder Convertible will only use them as well. Great Company Kraig, you are awesome!. Dottie said the staff was very good at what they did. They knew what they were doing. They were friendly and knowledgeable. "Friendly customer service, especially Chris I usually deal with him."
I have been going to the Japanese connection for the past year. everyone there is friendly, and I feel like I get honest opinions about my vehicle. I would recommend, and I have recommend this place to my friends and family, and I will continue to go back.
