Honest and helpful
I came to JC Auto when my newer 2020 Chrysler Voyager with only 72,xxx miles on it was starting to give me issues. There was a 5th cylinder misfire so they did a tune up (new spark plugs and coils) unfortunately a week later the engine light came on again and JC Auto got me in right away. They noticed coolant was pooling into the cylinder and needed to tear down the engine to find the cause. There was a manufacturer issue during the original build apparently and luckily I still had a few thousand miles left on my warranty. They worked hard on not only rebuilding my engine, but communicating with the warranty company to have it covered. Very thankful for their help and their honesty.
