Honda Brake Job
After having only taken my 2012 Honda CRV back to the dealership for all maintenance. I was beginning to feel like I could no longer trust them as they misdiagnosed a rear brake caliper failure which cost me a lot of money. Over the course of 1 year (5000 miles) my rear brakes were replaced 3 times due to this misdiagnosis. After reading reviews on JJ’s Auto Care I decided to take my vehicle here for an assessment of both braking systems and the suspension. The cost was less than the dealership but I felt like I was dealing with individuals who actually cared. This is very important to me as a female and driver of an older model vehicle. I will continue to bring my CRV back here for all of its service needs until it is no longer running.
