This customer had an extended service plan from a nationally recognized company. When her vehicle came in, we quickly diagnoised her vehicle as needing a replacement engine. The extended service plan company asked us to disassemble the engine to identify the "defect part". The customer approved our time. After 15 hours of labor time to dissassemble the engine, a inspector from her warranty company coinfirmed our dianosis after spending an hour and a half testing with our foreman. But, when we attempted to get the approval for the repair from her extended service plan company, they denied her claim telling us that she bought the contract fraudulently. The company did not provide us with any more information. The customer and her extended service plan both refused to pay for our work. We feel as if we were left in the middle and did not get paid for our efforts. I believe this customer is upset at the wrong people, she shold be discussing her alledged fraud with the extended service plan company.
