As I explained to you this vehicle had been in a accident & the one front tire was 1 inch farther back than the other one & we are not a body shop,you had the rack replaced with a used rack & the place you had it replaced at did not have the equipment or know how for a alignment,since you are selling this vehicle I would think that you would want it done properly & without fixing the problem the alignment cannot be done correctly.

Johnny’s level of knowledge and quality of work.

I am sorry you are not happy but as I told you the parts that are still needed are only availabe from the dealer & are on national back order I cannot fix a car with out parts.I was also working with your warranty company that held things up also.-John
