Tommy said that he is not happy with this business. He made a call earlier about making an appointment for inspection. He was told there was no need, and was told it would only take an hour to service, come whenever. On the day of service, he made a call around 4pm to check the status of the vehicle. It was due to be done by 5pm, and staff member was rude. He told him he could get done faster if people would quit calling him. He went to pick up his vehicle at 5pm and the same staff member told him the vehicle did not pass inspection, and there were things wrong with vehicle. Tommy tried to discuss those things and ask questions. The staff member told him he could not answer those questions, due to closing time, and rushed him out of doors. When staff called next day to discuss those issues, the staff member informed Tommy he didn't recall all the issues and would need the vehicle back into the facility to be able to assess it again. Tommy stated he felt as though he was an inconvenience to that staff member.
