Dealer service nightmare
Took my Jeep in for basic oil change in February and damn near 4 months later after 2 radiators, oil filter housing, thermostat and thermostat housing, bypass hoses, water pump, battery and now possibly a bad PCM. All caused after they screwed up my oil change by cracking the filter housing and taking it back to be repaired only to have them screw up something else.
Can’t believe these guys stay in business.
Johnson auto plaza service SUCKS.
