Chris and Jim really saved the day. We had used another local shop for a while and had a low oil light come up shortly after an oil change. After bringing in back to that shop and being told they had no idea what was wrong we brought our X5 to JP. Diagnosed very quickly as a stripped drain plug. What could’ve been a $4000 repair to replace the oil pan turned into a a much smaller bill after refitting the pan with a new drain plug.
