Bad communication. Good work.
Communication was very poor I would get transferred to someone and they would never pick up or return any calls. I even had the receptionist leave a note, yet no returned calls. I also didn't get a call for when my car was ready. It seemed like every time I called they had something to tell me; I'm not sure why they never could reach out to me first.

Awful experience
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The manager Nikki has literally made me cry with how awful she has treated me. They have had my truck since July. It is now mid November. I have heard excuses after excuses.
