BEWARE!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY
My 81 year old mother took her 2011 Malibu with 59000 miles to Kan Rock in Flint because she had a broken rear brake pad. She walked out of there 8 hours later with a $1600 bill. This was the typical thing you read about against someone that doesn't know about their vehicle and trusts someone to give them sound advice. They changed her air filter for $47, did a one wheel alignment for $105, brake fluid flush for $108, replaced the rear brakes for $476, and then sold her that she needed struts and shocks and that totaled $800. Then the service writer at Kan Rock had the gall to say that everything he did was proper and not done to take advantage of my mother. His attitude was so disrespectful and all he cared about was that he got her money . I am appalled that these kind of business's still are able to be in our community. Shame of them.....
