Kempsville Auto Care Center was great. I took my primary business truck in for a state inspection, and although they were swamped busy with other customers, they were able to inspect it the next day. They found that the rear brakes and rotors needed replacement, and according to the invoice, the parts cost more than the labor. I couldn't believe it. I'm very used to exhorbant dealer rates but when you look at the final labor cost it was extremely reasonable. Also, not only the price, but those who assisted me every step of the way were wonderful. I will likely be taking the rest of my 5 cars here anytime they need work that I would prefer not to do, or state inspections. Most importantly I also absolutely love that the mechanic left my radio on and tuned to the Christian station. When I started my truck it was a breath of fresh air to hear worship music and know that the man who worked on my truck loves the Lord.
