I really appreciate how Kensington service center let me make appointments for my car to be serviced and gets the job done quickly. Since I live in Ellicott city it’s a bit of a haul to get there and back and so I wait while the work is being done. They are professional and explain things in clear language about what my car needs as well as help me prioritize what is most critical and things that i can wait on a little bit and perhaps find a better price (e.g. New front tires). My brother recommended them to me, which is why I travel far. It’s important to find people you can trust.
