Verified CustomerI am always glad to know that an unreasonable person will be someone elses problem in the future. You dropped your car off for a parasitic draw. We charged one hour for that. We hook up our test equipment, trip the door latches, move the key out of range and wait for the computers to go to sleep. Then we start checking if there is an excessive draw and there was. We start going through the process of elimination and 2 hours later you want your car back. We weren't done with it yet. We find parasitic draws 100 percent of the time, if we are given time to do so.
Customer service = free stuff if you threaten bad reviews. We don't do customer service here because I don't want the word to get out that we work on vehicles for free if you threaten us.
