Keplinger's is a family business that was opened in 1968, and has been passed down through the generations with honest values. Here, we handle pretty much anything that can happen to your vehicle, if it's got four wheels and an engine, we'll make sure you can use them!

Many of our mechanics are ASE certified, including 2 certified master mechanics. Between the entire team, there's more than 200 years of experience working on cars. We bring all of our experience to help you get back on your wheels as quickly as possible, all while putting a smile on your face. Some of the services we offer include AC, brakes, clutches, electrical, transmission, Inspections (cars, trucks , motorcycles, and trailers), oil changes and towing amongst pretty much anything else.

Think Twice Before You Visit…
Think twice before you visit Keplingers….

I brought my car there for an alignment. They are a little higher priced than others but I always think you get what you pay for. I get the car back and now the car is pulling to the left. I immediately call and talk to the owner Scott. He insists that the car is done to Honda’s specs because that is what they plug into the computer. He tells me that he drove the car and it drives straight. I said well I will drive it a couple more times and see (giving him the benefit of the doubt because maybe I am wrong). I take the car out to the straightest road I can drive on and the car pulls left. I call that night again to talk to Scott and he tells me that there is nothing more that he can do for the car other than drive it with me in the car to see the alignment and then put it back on the rack. He said be at the shop before 11:30. I get there right around 10:50 and he is out on a tow job. I don’t blame him it’s business. However they told me that I have to wait for Scott. In the meantime I took the car over to a service manager that I have known for sometime so I know I would be told the truth. He takes measurements on the car for me for FREE just to be a friend. 3 OUT OF 4 wheels failed To be aligned. Now I automatically think I have been lied to because I was just told over and over again the car is done to spec and it drove straight by Scott. I take the paper back to Scott and show him that obviously his tech did not do the alignment properly and I would like a refund. He denied me the refund because I left the car with the service manager, saying “We can stand here all day I’m not giving you your money back” even though he couldn’t perform a simple alignment. The most unprofessional part of the encounter was that when he asked where the car was I told him I left it with my trusted choice because I have brought cars to him before. Then Scott says “well maybe you should just take your cars to him!” Very unprofessional, I brought my car to him in good faith and he did not perform his end of the deal. He even tried to talk down on the service manager immediately by saying he is lying and he doesn’t believe any of it. The shady and untrustworthy part about Scott was that he wouldn’t even provide me with the before and after measurements of the alignment. This is something that all shops do but his excuse was my printer is down. I asked him if he had the file because typically that would be stored on their server. Didn’t have that either by surprise. Then come to find out by reading reviews he has messed up other people alignments and claimed the printer was down as well. All and all a terrible experience. Please think twice before you visit Keplinger’s Automotive Center…..
