"Awesome honest service "
This place is AWESOME and Honest!!! I hopped off I94 at exit 145 for a burger. Once I slowed down there was an awful grinding sound. I was about 75 miles from home and I had no idea where I even was! The mechanic at Kings drove my car and said it was a $25 dollar heat shield. I could have cried with relief! He was so nice and honest. I know little about cars and he could have told me it was anything and charged me double. They did a once over too and he told me a few things that needed to be done soon but not right then. My faith in humanity has gotten a boost. I wish I lived closer so they could do the other repairs I need.

"Exceptional service, friendly, honest"
Had my car inspected due to another garages negligence, and they explained to me in great detail about everything, and told me honestly what I should do. I always take my questions to them because I know I'm going to get great, honest Service and answers.

Duane said they did not do what they said they were going to do and they charged him a lot of money to change a couple of hoses. He would not recommend them because they had a poor attitude and they treated him poorly.

 We did all that was possible to get the needed parts in a timely fashion.The vehicle was a mercedes product and parts in Jackson for imports are hard to attain.He was charged 2.0 hours to replace both hoses on a diesel engine which included diagnostics. We strive to repair every vehicle in a timely fashion,BUT part availability is not under our control.Duane is the driver not the person who authorized and paid the bill.

 The customer was advised as to the diagnostic fee.As there are 4 oxygen sensors on this vehicle and an oxygen sensor code needs to be diagnosed to find out whether the sensor , wiring or just a blown fuse is the problem.We do not diagnose vehicles for free.Sorry to see the customer feels he should get free engine diagnostics.Our equipment is very expensive.As is the technicians time.
