Very Very Happy Customer
I am very happy with the service I have received over my 10 years of getting my car serviced at Hyundai. The service I received from Pablo, Christian, Stephanie, Danny, Robin, Christine and the rest of the crew is nothing short of professional courteous. No matter if it’s something minor like brakes , tune-up or major like electrical , alternator or engine these guys don’t give up until the problem has dissipated. I bought my car brand new in 2012. My beautiful 2012 Silver Fox Hyundai Sonata has run the gamut of problems. You name it my car went through it. Forget Car Shield, I have alway brought my car to the Hyundai dealer to be fixed , Koeppel Hyundai in Long Island City to be exact. They keep my car running like new. I am so satisfied with their service, that when I moved from New York to New Jersey I prefer to pay a toll to come to where I know my car will be maintained to run another 10 years and I will be confident about the service provided .
