Damaged my engine on my 2018 Jeep.
My husband bought a new Jeep for my daughter in 2018. She was thrilled and needed it for college. We always took excellent care of it. Always having it serviced at their dealership. We brought it in for an oil leak. And we were told that they would repair it for $1,300 . My daughter Amanda picked up the Jeep and tried taking it to work . It broke down in the middle of a busy intersection. . The police came out and had a towing company get it moved back to the dealership . That Cost $200. The service department then called us back to say we needed a new engine ? Unbelievable ! So we asked they why they claimed to have fixed it and said it was fine to drive ? They never mentioned anything about the motor ? This took place November and here we are in December and still can't drive the Jeep without replacing the engine. We came into the dealership to speak with the manager and the service department and still are stuck with our 2018 Jeep that isn't running ? We asked for a credit on the repair. ? Still no answer ! This is not good business dealings . They treated us like so badly . We spent,5 hour's there and so effort on their part to do anything at all !
