Quick, Flexible, and Thorough
Anytime I need any work done Kreitzer’s is so hospitable and flexible in scheduling drop off and pick up times. It makes the whole process so much easier. Not to mention they are quick and thorough during services and I have my car back in no time.

I drive over an hour to get my car serviced because I can depend on Kreitzer's to be honest with me, not overcharge and I've never had a problem with any work they have done on my car..

When I met Katy Kreitzer at a lunch meeting, I mentioned that my car was making a funny noise. After lunch, she followed me to my car, drove it, and looked underneath it before telling me her hypothesis on the diagnosis. I made an appointment and when the diagnostics were done, Katy offered to let me come see/hear the issue at hand so I could better understand the problem. After the repairs were done, I got to meet the shop dog and cats while I paid my bill. Since then I've received prompt responses to any emails/questions I've sent. I recently had my car inspected and had another positive experience.

Always outstanding, honest service
I contacted Kreitzer's on a Friday hoping for Monday service. They were booked for Monday, but said I could drop my car that day in case they could squeeze it in. I dropped the car mid-day Monday. After a 15 second description of the car's problem, Katy thought it might be a battery problem. She checked my service record and confirmed I had a battery replaced roughly two years prior. Katy contacted me within hours to let me know her hunch was correct, my battery was bad, and it was totally replaced under warranty.

The location of this shop is inconvenient for my family based on where we live, but we have continued to bring our cars to Kreitzer's for service for almost 8 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
