"Excellent service at a competitive price."
First time using Larry’s Automotive, and it definitely will not be the last. Who knew such a convenient location was tucked in behind the former Buehler’s IGA. I believe I will be taking all of my cars there.

"Great job keeping me on the loop."
Put an engine in my 2011 Ford F150. They did a great job. Kayla was fantastic keeping me in the loop and letting me know at what stage they were in the repair. They looked at it the next day after I dropped it off to let me know what was wrong with it. Hopefully, the engine does what it should. Bravo!

Spoke with Brittany. She said she brought the vehicle in to be aligned properly. The employees realized there were some bad parts on the vehicle that would prevent them from aligning it properly, but didn't inform her. When she received her vehicle back, she took it for a drive with a staff member to show them it was still pulling to the side. She stated the technician made her feel like she was 15 and knew nothing about vehicles. He told her she was wrong that it was pulling to the side, and blamed it on the wind, even though the wind was blowing in the opposite direction. She said she doesn't like being talked down to, especially since she knows a lot about vehicles and knows what she's talking about. They then told her she had to fix the part in order to get the vehicle properly done, costing her 3 extra days without her vehicle. The employees said she would need to return to have them align it again. The staff member who redid her alignment was very nice and thoroughly explained the problem to her. The overall communication and the interaction with the staff member on the drive was awful.

From the first hello by Kayla to the final payment, (ugh) everyone is very friendly. When I had questions I was immediately introduced to a technician that explained. The shop is very clean.
