Friendly service and willingness to answer questions.
I have been very satisfied with the service since purchasing the vehicle. I try to do what I can regarding typical maintenance and the staff is always willing to answer my questions and/or provide pointers on how to do things more efficiently/easier. I greatly appreciate it.

If I may ask, I am in for oil changes every 6 to 8 weeks and would appreciate not receiving these surveys following every oil change. I applaud your emphasis on good service and didn't want to ignore your e-mail. Please trust me when I say if I am dissatisfied with something, I will let the dealership know immediately and provide the opportunity to correct any further issues. Thank you.
