Order place to do anything

Service department has to be the worse customer service in the city,state. It all starts with the person who answer once you press 1. I don't know her name but I called on 10/12 at 5pm. l asked for someone to help my wife that has been at the service center waiting for over 15 minute. Then, they transferred me to an extension with out telling who it was.voicemai. Then I call back and do the same thing Press 1. The. This time no answer and straight to the bum again with out asking me how can I help. This happened 4 times in a row. What does that say. She didn't want to talk to me. She transfered me all those times. Then l, to make matters worse I get a cal from a female saying sorry we are short staffed. Then she was rushing to get me off the phone. The representative that finally helped my wife at the dealer Said there are no cars available and she can wait at the dealer for someone to arrive. she said she has to go home since her shift is up. I have had her in the past and she is so disrespecfull. She didn't care when I had my services and didn't care to help my wife. So, here we are with no rental, no help. this is one of the main reasons I rather go to another dealer to get my Lexus. This place is run like a small mom n pop shop. Save your self the headache and take my experience and do not go there. This is one of the worst dealers I've ever have been part of I purchased three vehicles in the past six months and I would rather have a shop at Van Nuys then come here which is only a quarter of a mile from my house, I recently just purchased a 2024 Lexus RZ 450. That's the reason why I was there to get a rental for my upcoming travel. This place has nothing bad experiences with me. Please take this review as a warning
