Thanks for the feedback!  I am sorry your battery needs were not explained correctly to you.  Your hybrid vehicle does not use a "lead acid" battery, it actually required an Absorbant Glass Mat (AGM) battery.  The sulfuric acid is absorbed by a very fine fiberglass mat making the battery spill-proof, along with several important benefits that your hybrid vehicle needs.  If you replaced the battery with a regular lead acid battery from Napa or anywhere else, you are going to destroy that battery very quickly.  Please feel free to contact me and I can explain more about AGM technology.  I would also be happy to explain how your warranty works and what is covered and what is not.  I hope you will reconsider your scoring now that you know we respect and appreciate your business and why the price of your replacement battery was priced as it was.
