I brought my Ford F-150 in for a transmission issue and told them upfront I had insurance. The service manager, Harold King, said I needed a new transmission and oil leak repair. I approved everything—then nothing happened.
My truck sat there for a full week with zero communication. When I finally called, I was told the adjuster had only come out the day before—something that should happen within 24–48 hours. Clearly, no one touched my vehicle for an entire week.
From there, it was constant excuses. Calls and texts were ignored, and the service manager was completely unresponsive. A week and a half in, they were still “working out numbers” and hadn’t started any repairs. My truck was just sitting in their lot.
I finally picked it up and was charged $250 for a diagnostic I still haven’t received.
There’s a reason this place has such a low rating. Same-day appointments are always available while other Ford dealerships are booked out—that should tell you everything.
Unprofessional, disorganized, and zero accountability. Go anywhere else.
