"Communication Issues"
Being a younger woman at a repair shop is never easy, but when I call for clarification on the status of MY vehicle, I was not expected to be treated like I was a bother and DEFINITELY did not want to hear "I already talked to your father." When I called to say that I just wanted clarification on the delay, not to hassle anyone, I was talked to like I called 50,000 times. Just another reminder why I will have to continue to have my father handle my repairs because they do not want to hear from a young woman who wanted to personally inquire about a 3+ day delay, putting me at over one week without my vehicle. It was my first call, and the call to finally pick it up will be my last. Hoping the actual repairs live up to the reviews.
Clarification: The delay was due to insurance and out of LAB's control, but the way clientele is spoken to is in their control.
