Spoke with Kimberly. Kimberly said the staff placed a new scratch on her brand new vehicle. It was about an inch long on the driver side door. Kimberly stated she did speak with a representative regarding the issue, however she received more aggravation. The repair service was over week late, due to parts and shipping issues. She wouldn't recommend this business for the above reasons.

Damage not caused at shop. Small scratch on lower front door cladding not noticable until vehicle was washed for delivery. Insurance would cover repair if touch up was not satisfactory (plastic part) to owner. Initial repair delayed due to parts being available only as an assembly (Running board) and special order. Vehicle in shop 3 days only. Owner given choice on Cladding. Follow up phone calls from Limerick Auto Body have not been returned.
