Marsha said this business did great work and the personnel were great. Her vehicle was a couple of days late because they found additional damage. She said she thought it was going to be ready on time and this business was unable to contact her in time to tell her about the delay, so she drove two and a half hours to find out that the work would take a couple more days. She said it was frustrating, but she understands that those things happen. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because of the cashier. When she went in to pick up the vehicle she went straight to the cashier to pay for everything. When she went back and found out the vehicle would be a couple more days she went back to the cashier and asked her to void the transaction, but the cashier asked if it would be okay for her to hold onto the check until she came back for her vehicle. She agreed but then she received a call the next day from someone at the business to let her know they were doing her a big favor by holding onto the check because they cannot cash it until she returned. They were under the impression that she did not have the money to cover the check and that is why they were holding onto it, which she was not happy with at all. She has already spoken to a supervisor about the issue. When she went to pick the vehicle up and it wasn't ready there were several people that were helpful and they tried to help her out. They did a beautiful job and they really understood the customer service. This business did terrific work.
