Al Melo and Mitch from Lithia are a joke. No one would return my calls, or even tell me what extra repairs they were doing on my car. And they did a hack job putting my bumper back on. Legally they were supposed to tell me of all additional repairs done to my vehicle but did not. They evaded my calls. This place is a joke. Steer clear.
