Worst shit ever I have no good things to to say
So I bought my car the day before Valentine's went in for IS 250 Lexus the guy told me that the finance company would not Finance me because the car had to move miles on it as a 2011 had around 140,000 miles on it they want 11 thousand 99 so I went in with $2,500 for a down payment the guy told me that they wouldn't Finance it because it had too many miles so they offered me a Nissan Versa 2021 they ended up costing me $17,000 but the finance company would take it but I had to put another $500 down which would make it 3,000 so I end up getting in the car because I had an amputation on my foot in any of the vehicle to get to my appointments and that's the only reason why I got the car first week all the motion sensors were going off on the dash the brakes sounded like they were hitting rotor I take it back to the car lot he was really on me about signing this to your contract for extended warranty didn't end up cost me another $4,500 then they try to charge me $200 for each diagnostic test on the car so I didn't do that so they sent me to the other department with Nissan they tested it they said that's where all the body was no good the sensors on the bumper for distance and everything was no good so they told me they were going to have to order the parts but they said the brakes were good and they're not so it's been 2 months my parts are still on backwards I've been bugging them and bugging him then a couple days ago which would be April 23rd was driving the car and smelled like sewage so I take it in the guy said it was the battery told me to bring it back in the morning I didn't even make it out of the parking lot so they were going to basically send me home with no car the whole day I was breathing battery acid in and up in the emergency they found out that both my nostrils were inflamed they did a breathing treatment on me give me an inhaler and nozzle spray for my nose and my throat's been hurting me know so I went today which is April 25th to get some stuff out of my vehicle and to find out what's going on supposedly the car has electrical problems now and the throttle body still on order what I don't understand is they knew it had throttle body issues but they still sent me with the car this is going to be the worst experience ever I will never recommend this place I'm going to end up having to go back to the ER cuz I'm having problems breathing

Bait and switch… buyer be ware
Set up an appointment to buy a car. Called the night before and day of before we made a 3 hour drive one way. Got there and no one was ready for us. When we told them the car we were there for they told us it was sold several days ago. Then offered to take us out back to see other cars that might work. As we looked we found the car we were originally looking for. The salesman said it must have been an error and was going to get us the keys. We were very excited. Short time later he comes back and said the dealership sold the car to themselves and it wasn’t for sale again. My wife wanted to cry I was flabbergasted at what transpired. Even worse is the car is still on their website for sale! The general managers showed no sympathy or care and just brushed us off. Horrible experience

Deception and Misrepresentation
We traveled 150 miles to buy a car that was not what we were wanting. Snagged by the internet salesman, an then duped by the salesman and finance guy. The numbers on the price worksheet provided did not match the financing form. We realized this too late. Of course, it could have been fixed, but they want your money, not to do the right thing. Funny thing is, we still would have purchased a different car with a slightly higher MSRP, but they wouldn't even consider allowing us to "trade" vehicles, or to do anything in their power to help fix the oversight. What a shame, when doing the right and honest thing is not done because of a relatively small amount of money in the end. Shame on you, Lithia Hyundai of Fresno.

salesman lie
The sales manager pushed the salesman to lie and answer any questions, especially when he told us that we had to buy and add these optional things. He also wouldn't answer questions about the vehicle, your paperwork, warranty, or service.

At 65 yrs old I've had plenty of experience with car salesman, dealerships and service department. Lithia Hyundai of Fresno is, by far, the WORST company I have ever been in dealings with. Sales-at least 3 different prices advertised on the same vehicle. Salesman had no knowledge of the vehicle in the least. He couldn't find features or explain how they work. Sat in the backseat of a test drive. Salesman had no idea what a post-sale delivery was. Sales manager pushed salesman to lie answering any and all questions, especially when on the phone. Also can't and/or won't answer questions about the vehicle, your paperwork, warranty or service. Offered no paperwork from previous owners, service or sales. They never went through the vehicle for any reason. They were still items from a previous owner. Brought vehicle out, no wash, dirty paper floor mats still on the floor.
Service-apparantly non-existent on used vehicles. Nothing was looked at, done or acknowledged through the service department of Lithia Hyundai of Fresno.
Forget about after sales help.
RED FLAGS!!! Salesman are coming from Own-A-Car!
STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM LITHIA HYUNDAI OF FRESNO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Customer Service
Because of this service department, I won't buy another Hyundai. I can't believe the GM puts up with their incompetence. There's a saying, "Sales sells the first car, and the service department sells future cars". Well, this service department loses sells. I have had bad service every time I go there, so I try not to. My visits are usually low dollar amounts and that's probably why, but I wouldn't spend a lot in a shop like that. I always start with small stuff to see what kind of people they are. You should always treat every customer as important as the next.

Stay Away From This Lot
5 hours and 5 quotes later of negotiating with 3 different sales reps I finally got back to the deal I shook hands on the DAY prior. Absolute sharks. BEWARE: the list price of vehicle as it sits on website does NOT include the value of equipment they have INSTALLED on vehicle. No where online did it state all new trim around doors, new finished interior, and SWAT equipment to track the possible stolen vehicle, however when you get your first quote they will make it certain you must pay for this value. That is unethical and simply dishonest. 3k added onto the list price for equipment installed? Why then not add that to list price if it sits on the lot with it? Ended up walking out and they chased me to my vehicle agreeing to sell for original price I shook on the day prior if I were to give them a 5 star google review. Really? Dishonest, unprofessional, uncaring salesman. Bought the truck for well under market value, but not before calling people out on their inadequacy and sprouting a couple grey hairs. Not to mention paperwork was skewed when submitted to my lender which took days to resolve. Save the headache and shop elsewhere. Sharks. Do not recommend.

Stay away
They add $3000 and excessive dmv fees on top of the car price...be aware. Signed the contract, but needed to pick up the car next morning. They confirmed our appointment to pick up the car and on our way there they texted and said they sold the car to someone else. FTF. Never returned our calls.

They lie to bring you in! Even in the parts department
I called to get some breaks and before I hung up I asked if theirs anyway I would be able to get a discount on them due to me being employed there before and they said they would . When I get there they tell me they changed managers and they can’t anymore! Straight up liars. Do not trust what they tell you over the phone

What customer service
You know, I would really like to tell you how happy I am with my car but unfortunately I'd be lying to you. I've been very unhappy with my purchase as far back as 3 days after I bought the car. I'm probably wasting my time telling you my story because I doubt that anyone is really going to read this or even get back to me but hey what the heck. So, 3 days after I bought my Jeep I was going to put my wheels and tires from my old Jeep on. I proceeded to take off the lug nuts on the front passenger side. Usually when doing so, the wheel starts to slide off, well, nothing. I then tried to pull it off, pulling so hard that I almost pulled the Jeep off of the jack stand. I had to use a crowbar and a mallet to get it off. I've owned 7 cars in my life and I've never had that problem, never. Plus the check engine light came on. So I immediately called lithia and took it in to have them take care of the problems. After having my Jeep for 9 days I finally got my Jeep back and they said that everything was fine and never told me what the reason the check engine light was on. A couple weeks later I went on Carfax to see a more in-depth history on my Jeep. It showed that the Jeep was in an accident and damage was done to the undercarriage. The salesman made no mention of this throughout the duration of me purchasing the car. What also bothered me was the fact that there was no record or documentation showing that I'd brought in my Jeep to have them service it. I text the salesman a week later after that because I had ran over a screw with my front passenger tire and I ended getting stranded with my son in the car. I bet you can guess why I wasn't able to change the flat and put the spare on. Needless to say he never responded to me. Hopefully this reaches someone who can help make this right.
