I had a horrible experience with the new business that took over the old one. The front desk manager is a very rude person with no respect and personality as the previous owners were very polite and friendly which made me feel comfortable about coming to the business. I brought my car to be fixed and I was told that I needed a axel and rotors and pads. The front desk manager stated that the person who put my tires on did not do the front wheel alignment correctly because I stated that I was getting a little shaking at a certain speed and it pulls a bit . He was so forceful in giving me the pricing as repeatedly telling me what I needed and I was getting upset. There was no need to repeat what I needed twice at the amount of almost $1,000 and was rude about it. After fixing my car the shaking was worse so I called and told him he said bring it back I was working I came the next day after work and he said he couldn’t get me in bring early in the morning before I go to work and would have me ready by 9:15 9:30 it was not so. I had to ask them to put my car down so I could get to work by 10 it was9:45 . Got my car and it still was not working right shaking as ever. I just took it to another shop because me and the front desk manager had words because I told him that he stated one thing and then they were doing something else and I was going to be late for work and he was rude and I guess because I was a woman he could talk down to me and I wasn’t having it. I didn’t trust him or the business anymore. The diagnosis was they had the weights on my tires off when they did the balance and when they put my pads on they put the old brake kit on instead of new one and the shop I took it to they allowed me to see my problem before they fixed it. I will never recommend them to anyone.
