My 2015 BMW X5 battery kept draining after a couple days of not driving which would leave me stranded often. It had a recent battery but would still be drained so I thought there was a draw on the system somewhere. Mert diagnosed the issue and verified there was no voltage draw but the battery was faulty. He also performed some preventative maintenance I requested and had the vehicle ready quickly. Great communication and honest about all repairs. Highly recommend!
